Long-term health implications of the novel coronavirus disease Covid-19 ('Long-Covid') resulting from SARS-Cov2 infection have been suggested to involve cognitive function and markers of brain health. The mechanisms, symptom severity, timeframe and risk factors of Long-Covid are not well understood. We here aim to address these gaps using multi-modal MRI in adults reporting severe (1) or mild (2) Long-Covid symptoms after SARS-CoV2 infection compared to those reporting no SARS-CoV2 infection (3). Participants will be recruited via the university clinic's database and the LIFE-Adult study and asked to undergo structural and functional MRI. MRI Data will be pooled with acquired data on neuropsychiatric testings, anthropometry, lifestyle, cardiovascular, lung, immune and mental health. The study will help to better understand the course and predictors of long-term symptomatology after SARS-CoV2 infections in adults.
