Networking at the working level in the area of equal opportunities: To cooperate in the area of gender equality and foster an equal opportunities action plan for Leipzig, a network equal opportunities officers from all scientific institutions in Leipzig was founded to join forces and . A working meeting takes place regularly (at least twice a year). This spring, the MPI CBS has the pleasure of hosting representatives of Leipzig's 19 research institutions. Topics of interest include, amongst else: (1) Work-life balance, (2) Shaping local policy - involving female scientists, (3) Clichés in career guidance and advertising, (4) Initiation of programs to promote young talent.
