Dr Maxim Zaitsev | New Frontiers in MR Imaging

MRI has been continuously undergoing active development since over four decades. And yet, much research is being done today. In this presentation we look back in an attempt to identify dominant trends and look forward to see, whether these trends are likely to continue and whether new tendencies can readily be recognized. In the second half of my presentation we focus on the open-source trends in the MRI community in general, as well as on our recent attempt to make MR pulse sequence development open and vendor-agnostic.
