Main Focus

I work on the hMRI project. The aim of this project is to extract histological microstructural neocortical information—normally inaccessible in vivo—from high resolution in vivo MRI scans. My part in the project is in building the biophysical models that tie the information available from MRI data to the underlying neocortical anatomy.
