The first part of this talk deals with the life cycle of a paper at Neuron. I discuss what happens after submission and look at it from the different perspectives of an author, reviewer, and editor. The second part of this presentation is about the editors job beyond handling papers. In summary, the talk is a behind-the-scenes look at Neuron. Poster
