The brains intricate network of fiber pathways forms the foundation of its complex circuitry, crucial for unraveling the mysteries of how the brain functions. With the advent of diffusion MRI fiber tractography, scientists can now map these detailed white matter connections, much like cartographers charting unknown territories. In this talk, I will delve into the essential principles of diffusion MRI and tractography and explore various strategies for visualizing these connections.
