We will talk about different approaches to characterize neurodegenerative progression, using a multifactorial perspective. In particular, we will discuss about intra-brain propagation models for characterizing the spreading of multifactorial pathologic signals, whereas results obtained for Alzheimer's disease will be commented/discussed.
